    • Hey Bhavana, it looks like you’re referring to the WordPress.com platform which unfortunately doesn’t support the installation of custom WordPress plugins on Personal and Premium plans. You need to be on their Business plan to be able to upload custom themes and plugins for your site. To install these plugins on your site, you can either upgrade to their business plan or migrate to a self-hosted server (I can help you with that, just shoot me a message and I will get back to you).
